Sharpen Image

Sharpen Image restores definition in photos that came out slightly soft — handheld shots, scans, screenshots that were resized down, and images pulled from video. A convolution kernel amplifies the difference between neighbouring pixels, which the eye reads as crisper edges and finer detail.

Strength is adjustable, and it pays to be conservative: too much sharpening creates bright halos around edges and exaggerates sensor noise. Start low, compare against the original preview, and stop as soon as the detail looks natural.

Nothing you open here is uploaded. The entire operation runs inside your browser tab using the Canvas API and WebAssembly, which means there is no upload queue, no server-side file-size cap, no watermark and no account. You can even go offline after the page has loaded and the tool will keep working.
